If it was in the open, I'd toss it

But in the fridge and also wrapped, that's good for about 2 weeks so it should be good. Check for mold spots, naturally.

If it has meat, I'd say no anyway, same with mushrooms, or olives/bell peppers and maybe onions etc.

Just cheese? Fairly good chance it's still edible if the bread hasn't gotten moldy. Cheese can last awhile in the fridge just fine. The sauce also. Bread ....goes bad faster, but if it's covered......your probably good for 10 days.
