Ever have a few of those moments where you just crumble and feel like the world is coming to an end then about 30 minutes to an hour later you feel "normal"? How do you deal with that? I've been having them alot more frequently lately.

I just sleep a lot... but mine last a lot more than 30 minutes usually so I dunno how to help you with yours.

you gotta force yourself to get back into a cycle of positive habits....its tough sometimes to find the initital motivation to fight through the dread of starting a task I used to love to do but once im into it, its easy to dive deep

Go out and do something by myself that I like. Sometimes that going on a run, other times its hitting up a record store. Just gotta get out of the house and enjoy my own company.
