Ive played SNES Mario Kart, Double Dash, and a tiny bit of Mario Kart 64.
I think I might have liked Rainbow Road and possibly Bowsers Castle more in Double Dash, but those tracks are fun in 8 as well and the rest of the game is also amazing. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Its definitely the best one in terms of across the board quality and polish.
I do hold Double Dash right at its level or higher in my heart, though. Some of thats nostalgia, but I did love the plethora of unlocks and the final Grand Prix comprised of every single track. --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

I have it on Wii U and yeah its easily the best overall. Before I came out I always said DS was the best.

I never owned a Mario Kart since Mario Kart 64 and Super Circuit on GBA.

I thought I was past my childish days of screaming out loud at video games. The Egg Cup is proving me wrong.

I still like Wii more, to be honest. I miss the inward drifting of the Mach Bike and I didn't like the item distribution in 8 compared to Wii.
