With no fantasy this week I decided to do the tiebreaker averages as these boring 1 o clock games end.

29 people submitted tiebreakers.

For total touchdowns (1), the average guess was 13, and 13 was also the most common guess with 9/29. 14 was next most common with 7/29. No one guessed 10 or 15, but other than that 8-17 were all guessed.

For field goals (2), the average guess was 5.9655. As expected, 6 was the most common guess with 8/29. 7 was the next most common with 5/29. No one guessed 3, but other than that 2-9 were all guessed.

The widest variation is on pass attempts (3), where the average guess was 51.24. The range spans from 36 to 60, but the majority are between 48 and 57. Tied for the most common with 3 guesses each are 48, 50, 53 and 57.

I'm probably going to end the regular season in ~6th like always but damn I have no idea who to pick in the playoffs this year.

Looks like Bears/Browns woulda cancelled out anyway so no harm done I guess.

I have a feeling that last second field goal by the Falcons had a massive impact on the playoff field since the game seemed rather split to me.

By a quick count it looks like everyone in 8th had the same picks down the line except for two on Tampa and two on Atlanta, which probably means being on the right side of that locked two a spot and being on the wrong spot puts the other two in danger but doesn't necessarily kill either.

Alright, I couldn't help myself, I calculated everything. Should add some drama to anyone who checks the topic during this game! I'm sure Emerald will double-check this, but here's what I believe is the current state of things:

The top 4 (in no order) are now Ulti, DC, Nee, and Davidponte (Nee has only one loss!). Beyond that, Cody, andel, Camden, Crescent, and VI are safely in the playoffs.

Rounding out that top 9 is Meow, KCF, Nick, and myself. Meow is one win ahead of the rest of us, but is the only one of the top 13 on the Titans, so if they lose, it's a 4-way tie for 10th, leaving one person out to dry. If the Titans win, it's a tie between KCF, Nick and I for 11th.

Here are the tiebreakers between those final four:

Meow - 13 / 5 / 51
KCF - 14 / 7 / 53
Nick - 13 / 4 / 58
tks - 13 / 7 / 58

Currently, the second tiebreaker is 4, and the third tiebreaker is 66. As for the first - combined touchdowns - there were 7 total in MIN/CHI and PHI/WAS.

So, as I understand it, if there are 6 or fewer touchdowns in this night game, KCF is out. If there are 7 or more, I'm out.

I guess that means Nick and Meow are safe despite being in the tie.

Thanks for the Broncos pick, KCF. It might be my only chance. C'monnnn, no more than 3 touchdowns in the second half!!
