Probably spent over 20 hours at this point messing around with creating files and troubleshooting issues

there's no automatic method yet like hakchi so you have to set up the files and directories for each game individually

for bin/cue files where there's multiple bins I needed to merge them into a single bin file

the most you'll get is if all the files are set up correctly, the program will automatically set up ini files and box arts for most of them, but not all of them so I still had to go through each individually and create ini files and box art images for ones that didn't have it yet

then from there it was just troubleshooting the PSX Classic menu doesn't like it if you have more than 300 or so games on screen and since folders are still pretty early I cut my original count from about 345 to 297.

Maybe I'll add them back in later once folders are more of a thing

it does not, it side loads it from a USB Flash drive plugged into the 2 player slot. I got a 256 GB Sancruz from Amazon due to reports of high compatibility with the PSX Classic

Anyway the games I've tested so far have all seemed fine I'm sure if you do an in-depth side-by-side comparison it's far from a hundred percent perfect

The one thing I haven't gotten around to yet is trying games with DualShock controls because I haven't gotten the USB adapter to let me plug in my DualShock 2 controllers

Still waiting on it to drop down a bit more before I go out and get one. $40 is probably my magic number.

Capcom vs. SNK Pro did not load :O

it just gave me a black screen when I selected it

I hadn't tried the game on my emulator on my PC to see if it's the iso or the emulator of the PSX Classic itself

could be the game itself is just busted or it's incompatible with the PSX emulator which would require installing retroarch (which I don't really want to do I'd rather just delete it from the lineup)

How is the performance? I'd heard the hardware in the PS classic was underpowered

now I tested it on my PC and it did work

then I looked at the game compatibility list and sure enough it's on there
