Did you also play Read Dead Revolver or Gun?

What about Sunset Riders? Haha

I love those western games and movies. I like how Fist Full of Dollars was based on Yojimbo. Even if it was stolen.

Typing on my phone is trash lol. It sent while I was editing.

I've played Gun, some of RD Revolver, and Wild Guns. Haven't played any of those in ages, though. I wonder how well Gun aged? It was pretty good, back in the day. I remember a bad guy named Hoodoo Brown, and the Nock Gun, but that's about it.

Played all 3.

I liked Red Dead Revolver a lot even if it's flawed. The multiplayer mode was fun also. I remember back when dreaming of the day of an open world GTA like version of the game. I sort of want a remake or at least a RDR sequel that has more of the tone Revolver had. A little more over the top and more based off of spaghetti westerns than the more modern deconstruction western that the Redemption games are close to.

Gun was ok. That's it. It had some good ideas, but was too bland and forgettable. It was fine as a temporary fix before the first Red Dead Redemption came out.

I only played Sunset Riders a few years ago. It's fun, but I suck at it.

There's also Gun.Smoke on the NES, which was fun for what it was.

Gunsmoke is another early classic, forgot about that one.

There's only one Western type game that I owned and never beat, and that was Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood. It was fun but I was obsessed with whatever Call of Duty was out at the time and never went back. I wonder of there's a remastered version...

I remember I went to Shakeys(pizza parlor) and they had the arcade version of Sunset Riders. Didnt even know there was an arcade version because I had the SNES, but I was excited to finally play with three other players instead of just one other.

Nobody ever talks about Call of Juarez. It was a silly yet fun little Western FPS.

I've played every game in the OP, but since I wasn't too much into gaming when I was younger, I only completed Red Dead Redemption and Red Dead Redemption 2.

if you haven't seen it already, The Proposition is worth watching.

it has the same basic plot as Red Dead Redemption.

If you wanna good laugh, check out "My Name Is Nobody."

I saw a portion of this scene in a commercial years ago, and had to find the movie itself:

I remember renting Revolver and Gun.

It's funny how Revolver doesn't fit the rest of the franchise at all. So over the top compared to RDR 1 and 2.

Revolver had my favorite fights, tbh. Over the top but exciting. The boss fights were pretty nuts.

Lol, Pig Josh.
