depends on how armor/defense is calculated. if it's a minus against attack, then 2x attack power will deal more than 2x damage. if it's relative, 3x is better

3 for headshots, 2 for most games or else in some games they can always just ignore the enemies defense when calculating damage. Depends on the damage equation.

Depends on what you can expect a regular attack to do.

The beefier the enemies, the higher the crit damage should be.

Also depends on if criticals have any bonus effects, like ignoring certain buffs/stats or disrupting the enemy somehow.
