Polls have them just on or even below the 4% threshold and I believe it is because they dont make championing the healthy liberal ideas their focus but instead blab on about insane proposals like the one in the article below.

The proposal is that days like Christmas and Easter shouldnt be national holidays since it is State interference to make people have specific days off and why should Christian holidays be the State holidays? What about Jews and Muslims and ateists?! And why are they called Red Days? That is pro-socialism!

If the Libs keep this up then they will be a dead party by election year 2022 at the latest.

That sounds pretty ridiculous. I'd figure that holding on to Yuletide/Samhain and the like would be the alternative plan, but they were wrist deep into some red scare shit instead.

Well, assuming the social democrats are holding close to the values of that ideology, they'd be a superior option to me. That said, I don't really know much about the political parties in other countries. Moreso that I don't know much about the history of the parties and how they've strayed from that.
