I've got a 1440p 144hz monitor with GSync, and I'd really like to be able to play games in 4k but I don't think I can drop back down to a 60 fps cap. And 4k 144hz GSync monitors cost as much as the rest of my PC last I saw. --- A thousand eyes, and one. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Yep, I upgraded to 1440p/144hz this past year. It's an incredible bump up in quality. .

I bought an HKC G32 Pro a couple of couple of weeks ago (1440p,144hz). Love it. I now need to get a new graphics card (either a 1080Ti or RTX 2070). Currently only have a 1060 6gb so if I want to utilise the monitor I really need to lower the settings and I'm too much of a graphics whore to do that?

I love how 1080p is getting cheap as fuck because of 4K screens even though pretty much only video games support it.
