24 y/o Miss USA Heifer, Sarah Rose Summers from Nebraska sparked outrage after she, and 20 y/o Miss Colombia Valeria Morales and 24 y/o Miss Australia Francesca Hung were MOCKING 2 Asian Contestants because they can't speak ENGLISH!!

They are accused of xenophobia and racism over the instagram post that went viral where 94 nationalities are being represented

Sarah is being compared to Mean Girls villain Regina George when she insulted Miss Cambodia's Rern Sinat and Miss Vietnam H'Hen Nie as the international backlash has been swift

Despite the outrage though the are still putting on smiles as Miss Puerto Rico Kiara Ortega and Miss Philippines Catriona Gray are the early favourites to win the competition..

The conversation was started by Sarah who asked the 2 girls "What do you think of Miss Vietnam Nie?."

The 2 girls say that she's cute and Sarah then says "She pretends to know so much English and then you ask her a question about having a whole conversation with her and she goes [nods and smiles] as Valeria says "How?" and Sarah does an intimation and then they go after Rern Sinat and says "Miss Cambodia is here and doesn't speak any English and not a single other pereson speaks her language. Can you imagine?". Francesca then says "yes, i mean just confusing all the time" as Sarah then says "Poor Cambodia" and then turns to Colombia and says "You at least speak pretty good English" and Australia says "And you have your Spanish"

The tone deaf comments came despite being in an asian country of Thailand where English is not a common language and is seen as a privilege gained through expensive schooling.

Cambodia and Australia are actually friends but Rern is visibly hurt by the incident. Francesca says the comments she made are being misconstrued and defended what she said as she and USA were then seen HUGGING in a new instagram picture to try and mend the controversy

Because the competition is no longer owned by the Trump Organization, USA is no longer guaranteed a Top 15 spot and these comments may come back to haunt her
