I'm always afraid that I'm too far right in my lane, which is why I tend to stay too far to the left of my lane, which is a fact that I only now realized. How can I tell if I am centered in my lane?

Check your wing mirror to track distance between the centre line and your rear wheel then find a reference point from your windscreen for where the centre line needs to pass.

What side of the road do you drive on? I usually make sure the white line/dotted is connecting with the corner of my vehicle. For me, that's the front-left corner. I have a Class 1 license. Keeping the trailers in your lane is harder because you have to ride the opposite side with your front end on corners. --- I'm right, as expected. ... Copied to Clipboard!

I think the best way to do it is to look glance far ahead into the horizon (even beyond other cars in front of you) and imagine a line coming straight down from the sky that meets the horizon. Thats the line that determines how centered you are.
