I have seen it once before, but seeing it in theaters, with the full three hours capturing your full attention, is something else entirely. Its like a piece of literature. Spielberg makes a movie that, by the end, attempts to find the goodness and purpose in the most senselessly evil thing humans have ever done to one another. Schindler's List, though it makes me cry and feel things in ways that most movies cannot, is ultimately a bad Holocaust movie. If you wanna watch a movie that captures the spirit of the Holocaust, watch The Grey Zone.
