I'm not really all that interested in the series but at some point have actually played all 3 previous games due to being game starved. 1 was fine, 2 was fine with its block buster movie thing as a one time only play, while I straight up hated 3.

Just wondering if 4 is any good for $20 which seems high, but double checking now to see if the deal includes all the DLC.

If youll hold out until after Christmas itll probably be on sale south of $10 like it was during Black Friday and many other times this year

personally i thought it was great, i was hooked the whole way though. but i only played the first one so idk how it compares to 2 or 3.

Good, but not $20 good. Gamestop had it for $5 on black friday, so I'd wait until closer to Christmas to see if it goes down that low again.

Overall, i thought it was pretty mediocre. Theres a lot of platforming. I like that idea but your hand is held so much that it's disgusting. The shoot out/stealth stuff is pretty much what you'd expect from the series. The plot is okayish.

3 and golden abyss are the only ones that I'd rate lower.

A movie at the theater on discount day is roughly $5. Average movie is 2 hours, give or take 30 minutes. $20 is the equivalent of 4 movies on discount day which could equal out to about 8-10 hours of your time.

Uncharted 4 takes roughly 16 hours to complete( one google search as research).
Thats a deal on 6+ extra hours of content baby. And on a game thats been heavily compared to the film medium anyway, thats a damn good deal.

I still say wait for the $7.99 to $10 price tag

Damn fun game though.

Gamestop usually repeats their black friday deals closer to Christmas, so if you missed a deal the first time around, you have a chance of getting it again later (obviously not on bigger items, like consoles)

Anyway there's apparently another Uncharted story game with the girls this time, but doesn't seem to be included in the greatest hits that Sony is doing on the store right now.

Yes! It's called Lost Legacy and I liked it a lot. It should be pretty cheap now since it was $40 at release. Highly recommend it.

UC4 has a standalone expansion but 4 is worth it just to close out drake's story.

Ah, gotcha. Well, my reasoning is that it's almost 3 years old at this point, and while fun, doesn't stand up to the other exclusives on PS4 you can get for around that same price (ex: Horizon). In fact, wouldn't be surprised if it ended up being one of the free PS+ games in the next few months. So because of that, $10, or thereabouts is where I would place it for someone looking to get the game.
