Im about 6ft and 191 lbs with some visible abs but I do have pot belly genetics. Long story short, I started out college bulking because I was a skinny high school kid and basically gained a lot of fat from it. I started out 170 at 18 and by 24 I was 240. I decided to do a cut last year and back down to 191 lbs. Im to the point where counting calories is irritating me and Im losing a lot of strength. When I started cutting I could easily bench 225 but now Im struggling at 185. Should I just suck it up and continue to cut till my abs are fully visible or lean bulk a few months?
