Cut the exhaust back to the muffler and replace it with some soldered-together bean cans. Y'know, the big fucking wide type crazies stock their Armageddon bunkers with.

actual answer ... take it to a shop (local to you) that fits good exhausts (ask on a car forum)

you need a freer flowing exhaust (maybe cat back) maybe a full system .. the pipes will be larger

if you actually want to make more power thats a whole different conversation - the wrong exhaust can actually make an engine less powerful

you need to take it to somebody who knows what they are doing

im in the UK so i dont know about other places in the world but theres plenty of reputable shops about - like i said ask on a car forum or go to some local car meets

I had an off-road h-pipe on my 06 Mustang GT. At high rpm's you could hear me coming 5 miles away. At low rpm's it had a really mean sounding rumble.
