But....I'm already doing the songs on hard, and there are not that many songs. They are seriously going to need to add DLC of more songs or something pretty fast as I can see everyone mastering these songs pretty quickly. I did half of em on hard the first time, and didn't fail. Have not tried an expert yet, but....I mean when doing the highest difficulty of DDR etc...you kinda had to memorize the songs, not do it on the fly. If you can already do the songs on hard the first time you play em.....and there are like.....12? songs I think......people are gonna master em all super fast.

I know the PC crowd has modded songs etc they can play, but yeah, we are going to need more songs....quickly......for the PS4 (also seriously would like to see some real songs...I get you have to buy the rights etc, but come on, charge for the songs and buy the freaking rights for em. Or give like 50% of the song packs towards the creators (give me a nice 3-5 pack of Tom Petty songs for instance). Heck, the pricing etc is already there for other games, you could just basically do the same deal as Rocksmith...and boom, your done.

I like rhythm games but I've never had the reflexes for anything more than parappa. I play the banjo and often times actual instruments are easier than the games.

Are you playing for 100% accuracy? Cause that's really the only goal I have when playing rhythm games.

Also, be sure to do some light dynamic stretching before playing next time! Don't injure yourself, please.

Sorry, but you got the inferior version of the game. I've got hundreds of songs on my Beat Saber, and aside from the base songs, they were free.

There is a way to play steam games on your psvr now it seems, so I may reget the game on steam eventually.

Back is still hurting so I'm not gonna set it up for full play. Just was playing it while sitting down. Saw that you need full arm extentions etc to get full points (guess you can get up to 100 points per block...but wont' get most of em without a full swing).

Knew it wasn't going to be as good on PSVR but.....to get it on my comp i'd have to get a whole new computer then the vive or occulus, so we are talking $1500+ at least.

PSVR cost me like $200 or so along with a few games I traded in.

I don't know if you looked up the scoring equation, but it's actually 110 points per block. 70 for swinging at a 90 degree angle, 30 for a proper amount of follow through (don't remember the exact amount), and 10 for hitting it in the center.

Also, I found the jump from hard to expert to be much more difficult than the jump from normal to hard.

Yeah, hard is........hard......I have failed some, but I just started playing AND i'm playing sitting down (so I get some misses that should be misses as the strokes from underneath don't always register).

That said, yeah easy was...well just way too easy, normal is still.....you can't pretty much fail those even the first time playing them. Hard is difficult enough (pretty good normal I would say), but again that is only the first time you play em.

Expert is probably going to be a challenge and I may even have to learn songs.

I still have not loaded it up today, but will soon.

Good to know how the scoring works though.
