I'm 25 and I really do not like the finance/business field in general. I am considering going back and getting an engineering related degree. What would be the best avenue for this?

For someone already in the workforce the toughest part about going back to school is finding time to do so, followed by finding the means to pay for it.

Why get a second major? Get a master's or a Ph.D

Yes and also a waste of time. Just do advanced degree work if you want to do something else.

A masters or pH. D can be in the area of your choosing. You just have to take some prereqs before taking the GRE

Getting a second degree of the same level is often a waste of time and money unless you are doing a major career change

Get something higher than what youve got now

Bout as hard as it was the first time.

Seriously, it will be stressful and suck, but if you aren't happy and you have a clear goal in mind, you might as well take the leap, assuming you can work out the financials and all that.

You've already been told it's a bad idea.
No one will care if you have 2 majors. Potential employers will be more interested if you have a higher degree.
