There goes our first soliloquy. Like in "rogue and peasant slave", Hamlet sees the role he believes is his, yet cannot embrace, performed in front of him. Fortinbras contrasts with Hamlet as a man of action to Hamlet's intellectualising, but his cause is futile. Hamlet expresses his admiration and once again tries to spur himself to action, but cannot get away from the futility enough to say he's convinced.

hey, i tried my best! it'd be too long if i tried to list everything or even everything i thought was noteworthy, so i stuck to a few events for each. it's really just a refresher.
