Since I've played all the main ones here I go

They're ranked based on the quality of their campaign/multiplayer/Zombies (or any other mode)

Black Ops 1 (best blend of campaign, multiplayer, and best Zombie maps in the series)
Black Ops 2 (best campaign and multiplayer but good God Zombies was terrible here)
CoD 4/Modern Warfare Remastered (still fun 11 years later. Modern Warfare Remastered was a great remake)
Modern Warfare 3 (Modern Warfare 2 without the bullshit. Terrible default maps but the DLC maps redeemed it)
Modern Warfare 2 (no introduction needed. Still fun as hell but will need a balance patch or 7 for the Remaster)
Advanced Warfare (people are gonna hate this game for introducing advanced movement but tbh it was needed at the time. Great campaign, multiplayer felt like Quake which was a nice change of pace, and fighting Kevin Spacy was fun)
Infinite Warfare (this one I've been way too hard on and I hope it gets vindicated by history. Campaign is great if predictable, multiplayer is one of the least frustrating in the series, and Zombies is the best non-Treyarch version around tbh)
WW2 (props to Sledgehammer for adding so much content after release. Great game weighed down by tedious supply drops unlocks. Campaign has its moments but is kinda campy even for WW2)
Black Ops 3 (Best Zombies in the series mixed with the worst campaign in the series, go figure. Multiplayer is good but Treyarch doesn't understand SMGS aren't supposed to be good against everything. FUCK their supply drop system, fuck it all)
CoD 2 (amazing game, just missing a sprint system and a better multiplayer system)
Ghosts (this game got a lot of shit too but honestly I remember it fondly. Campaign was basically Star Wars but that's a good thing. Multiplayer was the last true boots on the ground experience tbh)
Black Ops 4 (see below)
WaW (fun campaign outside of most of the fuckhard American missions, introduced everyone to Zombies but the engine couldn't handle how popular it ultimately became tbh. Multiplayer was really weird. Vehicles? Vehicle perks? Yeah okay)
CoD 1 (Good but dated)
CoD 3 (Good campaign but not nearly as memorable as the other WW2 ones. Multiplayer was weird, per Treyarch standard)

Black Ops 4 would've been sold if Zombies wasn't passable and Blackout blowing my expectations up, what a disappointment

Still a better story than Black Ops 3 lmao

MW1 > MW2 > Black Ops 2 > Advanced Warfare > I think I played Ghosts once

I'm not a big FPS player but I've played more than I thought I did

I should go.

Good. Maybe they'll realize just how broken the multiplayer really was.

Everything killed fast, but some things killed faster and with less recoil. Lolexplosives, Flak Jacket needs to be a new Perk. Commando was nutty.
