I voted because I recognize that it's my civic duty. I'm not surprised that a divisive person like TC would rather not spend time doing something constructive.

So, that mentality is ok

Seriously thats not even a lot of people

Most people dont know politics or details. Or what a senator does or what house of reps mean. I dont know the purposes of them, or anything government related or current affairs

Those fools who claim LOL civic duty(whatever that means its nothing official)really desire an uninformed person like me to randomly vote and mess things up haha

This is an extremely weak trolling attempt.

Educate yourself on politics; it's not the rest of the world's fault that you choose to remain ignorant.

Every vote matters, and anyone who says otherwise is lying and pushing an agenda so you won't vote.

Also, 50k can easily swing any election. Effectively 70k decided the Presidential Election last year.

No it doesnt. You as a person dont matter. Your vote is canceled out this election.

Why? I have no benefit to educate on politics. I dont know what these positions mean or why the amendment matter to me as a person.

And HOW? I dunno how to do that. You cant educate on politics easily lmao. All I know is the president is our leader and stuff. I didnt choose it, its normal. Most Americans dont know politics. You can learn easily and itll take 4 years

Yes, you do matter. It's pretty awful of you to imply that anyone doesn't matter.

Let me guess: you're a cisgender, white, and heterosexual man who's completely unaware of the privilege that allows him to "not care about voting."

Google your local politicians. Research their history. Make up your own mind. Don't be lazy and demand a handout in the form of someone doing all the work for you.

You do have a civic duty, and YOU are shirking it. You are cowardly, ignorant, and you are actively spreading false information to push an agenda so you can stay comfortable in your little bubble.

Eh. That's your right.

I always vote though, many people fought for my ability to vote in the good old USA. So even if it truly doesn't matter, it's my way of giving back to those people by being a part of their vision and having a voice in my country.

No I dont.

Give me ONE good reason. No election depends on my vote so I dont use it because I dont care! I dont have a civic duty and you cant prove it. You dont have one either!! You as a person wouldnt matter to the election. If you didnt exist the outcome will be the same, trust and believe.

I dont know anything about politics or politicians or history etc. You say lol educate yourselfbut no one knows how. Unless you as a person take the time to spoon feed everything otherwise you can never tell someone to educate and not share all the tools.

You're an obvious troll, and you don't deserve the time of day, but your vote does matter. Because when you spew garbage like this, you're never just discouraging one person; you're talking to multiple people. That bad vibe spreads exponentially, and then you're looking at a swath of 50k who think "their vote doesn't matter."

I'll say it again: you're spreading misinformation. This is straight out of the alt-right's playbook. You are either feigning ignorance, or you're so easily manipulated that you just picked up these talking points from your environment.

I just explained how you can educate yourself. Surely you're smart enough to know how to google the names of your local candidates. You are, aren't you?

Please, no one listen to this man. He's an obvious agent with an agenda.
