Calwings 11/02/18 9:05:10 PM #11:	3DS > Melee = Wii U > Brawl > 64 Brawl moves up 2 spots if you count how moddable it is, with full mods like Project M and a bunch of others. But vanilla Brawl wasn't very good. I see Ultimate being near the top, maybe beating out 3DS for the top spot but possibly ending up in that same tier as Melee and Wii U.
