The 50s were the BEST. Good music, nice cars, fantastic fashion, everyone looked good, clean and trustworthy, and had decency and moral beliefs. Not to mention that back then we had strong values. I cant think of a single downside to the 50s. Sure, the fear of nuclear war was a tad higher, but well worth the rest. I wish we were back in the 50s... *sigh*

Rock and Roll was cool, but it'd really suck if you weren't a white, middle class male. Even if you were, you still had the same issues you do now, like diseases and drugs, but with the added benefit that there are more diseases, less to do, and people can pretty much violate your freedoms if you make the wrong choice at any point.
