23 y/o Jack and Jace Grace (born Jaclyn and Jennifer) are identical twin BROTHERS who came out as transgender at the age of 18 and both underwent surgery and transitioned at the same time.

The brothers grew up in a conservative Christian home in Baltimore, Maryland but despite being brought up as christians, they admit they cried themselves to sleep as they prayed daily to wake up as BOYS and not understanding what it meant to be trans

They share the same DNA and both grown facial fair and took testosterone pills and underwent chest surgery as the shocking transformation has made them look more like men as they've always dreame dof

The criminal justice grads both work in law enforcement and shared their extraordinary story in a bid to inspire others who are going through the same thing

Jack is a deputy sheriff who said he now feels like himself after coming out to his family who has never heard of transgender before..people at work still give him a hard time calling him names as they don't understand and even refer to them as FEMALE on occasions. It still hurts but he knew since he was a kid that was biologically male.

He said "People say you will never be able to change your chromosomes, you can only change the outside. There are still times when i come home and break down"

Jace is also a deputy officer and just started in the academy who always had a fantasy of being a man who said being a twin meant he wasn't alone in experiencing the same thing as it made him stronger today

They always wore boyish clothing and assumed the role of dad or brother when playing house and had crushes on female classmates. They never told anyone at their strict religious school becaue of the risk of being kicked out. At 15, they went to cosplay conventions where they dressed as male characters.

After finishing high school, they hacked off their hair and dressed as men and finally becoming transgender

Jace is now dating a GIRL named Jess Smith an Jack is engaged to Maygon Arrington whom he lives with in Georgia

It was hard to tell to the girls who they really were but they accepted them and can't wait to start their new lives together as they were legally allowed to change their gender on their driving licenses after getting surgery and are OFFICIALLY MEN in their state...

They did however took one LAST picture as girls before going through full transition as a reminder to their parents and family of who they once were..
