But I kind of don't want to...yet... By home, I guess I mean hometown. I mean, I kinda of want to move home, but kind of don't. I miss my friends and family. But I would also miss my BF. And my roomamte. And my friends here. Not to mention, I'd have to get use to whatever base I go to when I get back home. And it could interfere with the job I have on base, as well... Like, I think it will be at least a little while before I go back, but Idk. Obviously, I'll have to end up making the choice myself. But I guess I wanted to see what PotD thought...

Did your BF end up moving to that other town that is like 2 hours away or something?

Also, if they want you to move home, do they want you to live with them, saving tons of money, or just live near them?

Finally, is your base even cool with you transfering? I don't remember that being an easy option when I was in the AF lol. Are you a civilian working on base or something?

Anyway do what you want, you can always visit them, but it's what makes you happy that really matters.

He did move. I think he pretty much finished early this week. So, now we see each other less. But, AFAIK, we'll still see each other.

I'm not sure. I would rather stay with them for at least a while so I can save some money. Eventually, I'll probably move out with my little brother. I was thinking a friend, but I'm not sure who. Since my best friend is now married. So, it would mostly likely be my little brother.

My base is. But that's because I'm reserve now. But I also spent 8 years of in active duty there. So I know like everyone. But moving to a new base when I've spent almost my whole career (9 out of 10 years) at only one base kind of weirds me out. I mean, a bunch of new people. And I have no idea what will happen with my job and stuff...

And I normally do visit. Though, it can be hard to coordinate days off and the cost...
