Yeah mostly, iirc, they're not allowed to have them in the app stores or w/e if it has content not suitable for underage kids. That was the case in China with their extremely strict laws, but not here in the US. Seriously, go look at the designs that Azur Lane gets away with in their English release. The team localizing GFL for this region are just cowards and don't want to risk overprotective American parents making a huge deal about the game. I didnt really understand AR-15s 2nd skill because I had no clue what Mark of Vengeance was, but now that I found out that it comes from M4s skill which pretty much makes them BFFs, I feel obliged to have them together. Not about their synergy of course; theyll be mowing things down like crazy (although can you get your team down to 3 by withdrawing units?). And I believe her skill targets the back enemy to do 4x damage, while anything in the way takes 2x.
