I'm interested but I also gave up looking forward to Capcom IPs a long time ago, their Western releases are mostly rehashing old material

Basically if you like classic Mega Man, you'll like 11. The visuals are nice, soundtrack is hit or miss (I personally think it's decent, many others think it's mediocre with a standout here and there, but most people agree that the preorder instrumental tracks are amazing), Normal and Superhero are challenging but fair difficulties, but there are lower difficulties you can start with if you're struggling too much. There's also a pretty generous shop where you can buy lives and other useful items to make things much easier on any difficulty. Boss battles are the best in the classic series for sure. Finally, the Double Gear system is pretty neat and while using it gives you a big advantage, it's entirely optional.

The main game is short (like pretty much all Mega Man main games) but there's also challenge mode that could multiply your playtime if you're into records and leaderboards. All in all I'm having a lot of fun with it and I don't regret my purchase.

I don't have it, I only watched a few LPs.

Basically the opinion is that the level design is very very solid, but it flops on all aspects of nostalgia (no familiar sounds, queues, animations, and their one cameo boss is the most overdid hated thing in Megaman).

The technical aspects are really good - it's the easiest megaman has ever been able to quick fire any weapon from his arsenal in an instant and the Viewtiful Joe mechanics can help new players with the more difficult platforming... even Rush is its own dedicated button.

Boss fights are more involved and many have second phases and all the bosses can Double Gear on you as well (their slow down time or amp damage function)

If the game were merely a Megaman Clone people would be saying "omg this is the best megaman clone ever!", but it's actually kinda weak as a proper megaman game (for the reasons mentioned above about nostalgia)

Overall it looks really good

it's pretty great. and feel like the next step to classic mega man and it doesn't feel like an X game.

I like and hate how the bosses 2 modes and health bars. give it a really challenge.

I'll probably get it soon. I loved MM9 and 10 but this one actually seems to be moving the series forward somewhat
