This would consist of 64 of B8's most-nominated characters over time who have never made a bracket (so somebody that got a lot of nominations one year but missed the bracket, but made it another would not be eligible). So it's not the same as Johnbobb's Reject Battle X, which is just rejects from this year. Based on the data I collected, the following 56 characters would be automatically eligible for a spot:

What about Popo and Roy? The data I used was the tally topics from 2007, 2008, 2010, and 2018. The 2013 one is missing but the threshold for entry was so low that year that I'm pretty sure anything that had a significant push made it.
