Because they don't have, or I can't find, the single versions... Sometimes, they are also out of the single versions...

Then I still eat the whole thing by myself...

That's all. Nothing really important. Do you guys ever do that, PotD?

Nah. I don't like microwaveable meals like that. They got 60% of your daily sodium intake but not even 10% of your daily protein. So I'm not full but I feel like crap

I sometimes buy the big lasagna from Costco, then I put whatever I don't eat in the fridge and have pasta for a week.

Yea, it is part of the reason I never buy those things anymore. It is why my cheat meals are fast food combos now. Sure, they still aren't health but still better then eating 3000 calories in one sitting.

Cooking's not hard, but it can take time. And some days, I don't feel like using whatever time I have on that. Or I want something fast. Or I want whatever frozen meal I have. I can make them, but I can't always replicate the same exact taste...

I don't mind, but I'm also not on any kind of diet, so...

Actually this is the best way to make one, if you want the baked flavor you just toss it in the oven for a bit afterwards.

Cover said potato with a wrap, after washing it. Cook in micro for 6 minutes, then finish in the over (at 425 or so) for 5 minutes. Total time to make super yummy/creamy but slightly crispy on the outside potato.......11 minutes.

Really no diff from baking it in the over for an hour or so.

Also can be used to then cut up said potato and stir fry it with butter and spices in a pan at the end.....makes very yummy, buttery and tasty potatos in a few minutes:)
