If I could play any instruments well I'd think about joining/forming a cover band. I know they're almost always dorky but as long as you don't take your local bar or county fair gig too seriously I don't see the harm, sounds like it would be fun.
If you're talking about those tribute bands who actually tour and do that shit for a living, yeah I think those seem pretty lame ... Copied to Clipboard!

Depends. Are we talking a band that just does covers in general, or a tribute band that only does covers of one specific bands songs?
