I tried it and thought it was decent, but it didnt blow my mind or anything. wolfy42 10/05/18 3:40:41 AM #6:	Isn't this in Jen's wheelhouse? I don't actually like Mac n Cheese but I make a really good one. I use 3 cheeses, mozz, parm and Cheddar. I also use button (on the noodles), then a bit of black pepper and milk at the end (after the cheese melts). I then use these glass bowls I have (well did) and brown them in the oven (the top) really quick. I had really great mac and cheese in new mexico where they put green chile in it. and I had great mac and cheese in texas where they put bread crums over it.
