24 y/o Kendal Scheid, the 4 eyed whacko from Ohio was RELEASED in just 10 MONTHS after he stabbed his roommate to death over a drunken fight over FOOD when he was supposed to be behind bars for 3 YEARS!!

It happened in 2016 when he murdered 23 y/o Duncan Unternaher after arguing over Arby's takeout food in December 2016. The University of Akron students were in their off campus apartment as Kendal plead guilty to involuntary manslaughter.

Apparently Kendal went nuts after Duncan ate his FRENCH FRY and the 2 got into it over that...

He was told by Judge Mary Rowlands that if he BEHAVED that he would be let out early...and now 10 months later, the crazed nerd upheld his "good boy" in Prison persona and is being out early despite outrage and plea from Duncan's mother to not let him out.

Duncan's dad said "A 23 y/o son's life is worth more than 10 months in jail. We are functioning but we hurt daily. We will hurt daily for the rest of our lives. Please don't increase our pain by letting him out"

Duncan's mom cried out and said "It hurts everyday to know that something this senseless took away one of my most valued treasures in life"

But the judge upheld her deal to grant early release on Kendal and now they want HER to stand down for that remark..

On the night of the murder, another roommate who lived there said that Kendal stabbed someone as both were extremely intoxicated. Duncan lost consciousness in the bathroom as EMT's arrived to try and revive him as he was brought to hospital where he died 2 days later.

Despite pleas to not let Kendal out, the judge PUT OFF the calls and granted him release anyway because he was a "model prisoner"

Have you ever got mad at someone for eating your FOOD before without asking?

Some would say folks true feelings come out when drunk as they have no filter so this guy really loves his food and he really wanted to kill his "friend".

I think I was in Kindergarten when I did get pretty upset over it. I was a big Barney fan and had a Barney lunchbox. This girl in my class had the same one. Well, one day, our lunchboxes somehow got swapped. I realized that instead on my ham, mayonnaise, and cheese sandwich, it was like a BLT or something. I didn't eat lettuce of tomatoes. I also noticed instead of a Huggies juice, it was a small bottle of water. And instead of a pack of Gushers, it was an apple. I started running to find my lunchbox. The girl had eaten it all. They had to call my mom. I wouldn't stop crying. She picked me up early from school and took me to McDonalds. I was fine after that. It was a dark day...

Which is why we still arrest them. And while alcohol fucks up the brain and causes dumbfuckery, they chose to put the alcohol into their bodies.

Can't say I like folk who lie. Thankfully I'm quite good at seeing through folks BS. Still some folk do tend to ramble about shit and blatantly lie when drunk correct. The alcohol shows their true colours though so I assume those folk lie a lot when sober too.

We call those people idiots, though. Alcohol impairs brain function and can do long-term damage. It's literally poison, meaning the expression, "Pick your poison," is apropos. A drunk is no more their true self than a person who's been concussed or lobotomized.

Not always. I personally lied usually about one thing. And that was my sexuality. Other than that, I didn't really lie. I was pretty much the same. I don't think drinking really shows people true colors, though. Not for everyone, at least.

I'm only saying how I see it. Mind you a lot of your posts are fence sitting. I'm not having a go but if someone says something you tend to say "but *insert opposite argument here*" quite a lot so I'm just going to say we will have to agree to disagree otherwise this "conversation" will go on a long ass time.

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation-now/2018/08/24/alcohol-death-disease-study-beer-wine/1082443002/

The study, published Thursday in the peer-reviewed medical journal The Lancet, found that alcohol, such as beer and wine, is a leading risk factor for death and disease, associated with 2.8 million deaths each year and the seventh-leading risk factor for premature death and disability globally in 2016.

They found drinking alcohol was associated with nearly 1 in 10 deaths of people ages 15 to 49 years old. Causes included tuberculosis, road injuries and self-harm. For people over 50, cancers were cited as a leading cause of alcohol-related death (about 27 percent of deaths in women and 19 percent of deaths in men).

Researchers found that the "burden" of alcohol consumption was worse than previously reported. They called for more regulations around alcohol use and said there is no amount of alcohol that is healthy.

Sure. I'll agree to disagree. And the reason I do that is either I do see it very differently. Or I want to see the argument from both sides. Looking at things from only one side kinds sucks sometimes...

Guess I'm a oddball or I just show my true colors even when sober. I'm actually thinking the latter. I'm pretty much exactly the same guy when drunk, other I'll engage in conversation more quickly (though I'm still unlikely to be the one to start said convo) and I'll talk louder.

I'm not exactly a open book though and I still manage to keep a lid on secrets when drunk.

I've actually noticed though I change more on the internet when drunk. I'm quicker to react in a angry asshole-ish manner. In person though not so much.

I'm a private guy. Sure I have one or two I'm just ashamed of or my sexuality considering I live I'm a rural area, but alot simply on principle that's its not their business. Like with my sexuality on this site I kept to myself for the longest time but it started making certain conversations difficult to respond in without outing my self

Plus got called a homophobe one too many times just because I don't agree with everything the LGBT crowd says.

And yeah I try to avoid internet when I'm drunk but I fail to do that sometimes
