When corporate welfare, and military spending isnt out of control, then we can start talking about the minuscule amounts of money spent on various programs to help people. 1. I vote libertarian. I know most of the homeless folks in our downtown, and I still give some cash to the people I know it'll help (the guy missing a leg that is supporting himself and his wife, not actually homeless).
