In Spiderman, you can Dodge mid punch, but you can't do that in Batman. Also in Spiderman, it's a bit easier to incapacitate since you have webs, and you can just knock enemies on the ground or close to walls and web them up. Either way it still harder because even if you do that you are practically playing with a reduced life bar at that point. Think I only did it for one boss fight.
