A week or two ago me and my fiancee went swimming in this river that leads out from the harbor here. I dove into the water with goggles on and the goggles flew off and I had my eyes open under the water for a few seconds before realizing it, since the salt water didn't burn or hurt at all surprisingly.
Following that, I kind of want to just not wear goggles anymore while swimming at the beach since it was so comfortable and goggles are a pain in the ass. So like, is that safe? I wear contacts, FTR. --- AKA Level 36 ForestWanderer -Revenant Dracanea- ... Copied to Clipboard!

All I can say for certainty is that it's not safer than using goggles.
