I actually think B5 didnt hold up as well as we remember. The story keeps building to the Shadow War, but the war itself doesnt get a lot of screen time. Its not like the Dominion War on DS9. Then they abruptly end the war half way through a season and the rest of the season kind of nose dives. Ive also never liked how those time travel episodes fit together. I think JMS was kind of full of it with his whole, Its all planned out.
