Hard to remember which movies have it vs which don't, since it's not something you usually think about. However, if you can get your hands on a tv edit, it would resolve those issues since the worst of it would be cut out from a film. I'm assuming that the ratings system can also help, since R-rated horror movies go out of their way to show nudity.
