Temper your expectations though because the effects of CBD arent super noticeable for a lot of people. It just kinda lowers overall anxiety a bit and can help with sleep and minor pain/inflammation

Just purchase the pet ones with mct oil in them. Cheaper and 100% safe for humans. I put it in my coffee in the morning.

This could be wrong, but I read somewhere once that it takes at least a week or more for CBD to build up in your system before you even start getting the benefits. I had a small bottle(30ml I think) of it once and I didn't feel any change by the time it was empty.
