I was actually a little surprised myself.

Squall has made it 5 times, and Zero has made it 4 times.

While probably not #10 and 11, they're both top 20-ish and tend to draw pretty easy opponents in the early rounds before running into Snake and Mega Man Noble Niners.

Funny enough, neither has ever made the Elite Eight, while other characters like Bowser, Vincent, and Kirby have.

Squall I can see, Zero does surprise me though. I'd have picked quite a few of our always-in-dudes to have stacked up more appearances in the S16- like Dante, Alucard, Auron, or Ryu.

My guess was either Bowser, Squall, Auron or Ryu.

But Zero has had a couple of great years. Didn't he get like 47% on Sonic in 2003, and then did better than Snake on Mega Man in 2004?

I wouldn't mind if he got a little boost now with the X-Collections.
