The lawyers for Botham's family are outraged that the police are trying to smear and criminalize the victim in an attempt to get Amber off her manslaughter charge. They found 10.4 grams of mariijuana and a marijuana grinder during their search. And although they searched his apartment, they DIDN'T search HERS!!
