Have not made one in awhile, am planning on just Searing the outside, getting the over up to 425, then turning it down to 350 and slow roasting it for a few hours.

Has worked well in the past (with just spices on it, and no liquids added at all).

Toss some potatoes and brocolli in there for the last hour as well.

Thats my plan, anyone have a better method I should try?

I have in the past, but not for along time....and I don't have any at home, just itallian spices, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic and season all.

Just planning on putting a bit of season all on, some pepper, garlic and itallian seasoning (may be rosemary in there though).

I used to cook alot, but since I sold my house and moved into a room, I hardly ever cook now, and my memory isn't the best anymore. I never used recipes, just always cooked based on having made dishes over and over throughout my life. i guess I should start writing down stuff now.

Lamb didn't come out great btw, m aking a beef pot roast tonight to make up for it. Should be ready around 1 am:)
