Have not made one in awhile, am planning on just Searing the outside, getting the over up to 425, then turning it down to 350 and slow roasting it for a few hours.

Has worked well in the past (with just spices on it, and no liquids added at all).

Toss some potatoes and brocolli in there for the last hour as well.

Thats my plan, anyone have a better method I should try?
