No, I think they're spot on with that there are such problems with some laws, and that some criminals definitely are more dangerous than others - letting a murderer back on the streets is a horrible idea; letting a drink-driver back out (as long as they're not allowed to drive in the interim) isn't really that big a deal. Where they are wrong, is that they take this to ridiculous extents. They'll claim things like laws against theft or vandalism (usually right after they've had a protest where lots of that occurs) are "unjust laws" or "victimless" when they're not. Also, the very obvious racial element - the same crime, to them, will be an "unjust law" when a minority is arrested for it, but perfectly fine when it's a non-minority.
