The dude waited until Kavanaugh got out of a stressful hearing when he could have gone to have a conversation with him on any other time and introduced himself as "the dad of a dead kid" rather than a person who wants to have a dialogue on his own terms. The hostility is obvious and he clearly wanted to trumph his own politicals views through to someone who probably disagrees with him (I don't know nor care) via his dead kid rather than an actual political or judiciary argument, which, again, he could have picked any other day for.
