This is supposed to be a public event. What if your prefered seating at your favorite sports ring just got dedicated to women only? Not sure what non binary means, but them too. Used to you and your wife could sit there, no problem, but because they want to empower women, you now get to sit in the nose bleeds while sexxism gets better seats.

But-But-But you got to sit there for the past 20 games! How dare the officials come up with such a bullshit rule, right? Of course you wouldn't see it my way, silly me, I'm wasting my time here.

Binary folks follow "traditional" gender roles (and people from the extended list of genders do not typically self identify as binary). Non-binary folks feel like they do not belong as either a man or a woman, and as such do not identify as either. Typically they prefer they/them pronouns

Nah it's different. A trans person is still binary if they're transitioning to male or female. It's called binary bc it only encompasses 2 genders (male/female). Just think of non-binary as anyone who doesn't identify as one of those two.

That's dumb. Like, if they want to hold gender segregated tournaments, go ahead even though that is backwards in terms of equality in the gaming space. But to act like these people cannot compete in the "realm of men" without being overshadowed is insulting them and outright declaring men to be better.

If 90% of their business is racism, sexism, etc, then they really shouldn't make a bug show of combating it. They'll go out of business. Apparently allowing those things is insanely profitable.

Girls and women wouldn't rush in to fill the void. Unless they make LoL into a Match-3 puzzle game.

I think you might be misunderstanding my point. The hysteria on both sides is ridiculous and pointless. Just like the worry over infrastructures collapsing with Y2K. The paranoia is laughable. And anyone putting this much stock in one singularity is bound to be disappointed by the reality of life.
