An arbitrator is sending Colin Kaepernick's grievance with the NFL to trial, denying the league's request to throw out the quarterback's claims that owners conspired to keep him out of the league because of his protests of social injustice. Kaepernick's lawyer Mark Geragos tweeted a picture Thursday of a ruling by arbitrator Stephen B. Burbank. The former 49ers quarterback argues that owners have colluded to keep him off any NFL roster since he hit free agency in 2017.

So? He literally broke the NFL. Is he blacklisted? You bet. Sure in his home city being anti American is great but as a brand Kaepernick has caused insurmountable damages to the NFL as a brand. For the first time since the sport began people simply have simply switched off and are not showing up.

Colin still trying his best to stay in the spotlight.

Collin just is not employable in this field anymore. He ranked near dead last and has become a literal cancer to the football brand. Its not like he is bringing in money to the NFL but advertising hate him. Literally consumers for the NFL loath him and have switched off the NFL.

Glenn Beck as an example was ratings gold. He had the best ratings on Fox that no one else before and since was able to capture back when he was on. But no advertiser would touch his show and he became toxic for the channel for that reason.

Collin is just all around toxic he isnt bringing anything to the NFL

ESPN needs to get back what it was good at, sports not politics. As a country we need at least one place were we can come to and not have politics shoved down our throats. That used to be sports, not anymore.

ESPN also has been clearing house. ESPN is losing paid subs left and right.

Actually one owner was going to hire him. They were going to take a chance on him after everything had happened. Then his wife got on twitter called the team and owners slave masters lets just say after that whatever good will was out there for him among the owners was gone. Keep in mind the owners well some are center right most are left wing. They wouldnt let Rush Limbaugh become an owner due to his politics.

Promote hate for ones country. If anything there are three things that done him in, in the end.

Considerable damage to NFL brand costing costing billions
Being ranked near last
Your wife getting on twitter when someone was going to give him a chance and calling the owners, slave masters

You cant be bad at your job and cost the company you work for more money then you are worth as an employee and when someone wants to give you a chance you insult them.

I dont know anywhere in America could someone keep a job if you caused all those problems

Let's see......

*He had nothing to do with that. The "NFL brand: has been going down hill way before Kap
* And? A lot of players who are ranked last still get jobs. Case in point... Blaine Gabbert\
* I do agree with you there. She should have kept her mouth shut,
