pre-ordered it mostly because I liked the visual style, it was on sale and came with a cool PS4 theme

Game was about $10 and it's only like 2 hours long, but it's cute and very relaxing to play

Anyone else check it out?

I've heard good things and that it also has a pretty easy platinum trophy which I am all about.

I plan on getting it eventually, but not at it's current price of $18 Canadian.

true, after my first playthrough (which was like 2 hours) I'm like 2 trophies short, but it has a level select at the end to catch what you missed

I did a blind preorder because originally it was marketed as a pseudo-Katamari tribute

I like it so far, it hasn't blown me away but it's fun. The story is intriguing. It's funny, not LOL funny but like "heh" funny. Gameplay is simple but enjoyable. Game is like a 7/10 so far. Want to see how it ends.

Edith Finch is done by Giant Sparrow (the Unfinished Swan team)

one of the guys at Giant Sparrow is also part of Arcane Kids, the group that made Sonic Dreams

for what it's worthy, Edith Finch is my 2017 GOTY so you should check it out anyway

I kind of want to see the game expanded, or a sequel or something

mostly there's just something really cathartic about sucking everything up into a big hole in the ground and I'd be down for 50 more levels of that

Been waiting for this game for a while but I'm gonna put it on hold for a little longer because I'm not buying any more games at the moment. Glad to see that it's mostly getting positive reception.
