Perfect Vision:
x User can see with extreme clarity and distance
x Able to "binocular" up to 5x zoom level
x Can see 5 seconds into the past, while also viewing the present overlayed
x Can see 1.5 seconds into the future, cannot view current time or space while using this ability

Double Step:
x User's steps move them twice as far via teleportation
x User can be interacted with, though they are effectively invisible between steps
x User can only move in a straight line from point to point, and once they have comitted, they can't stop
x Optional to use, not a constant skill
x This does not effectively speed them up in terms of force. Example: punching after a double step would not have double force

Arena:
Completely flat, about the size of half a basketball court.

Batman with prep time.

Probably double-step because they can move in and out of reach. Granted, that ability sounds unbelievably dangerous.

As the super power I want? Vision. The one that would win out of these 2 is double step but agreed, Batman with prep time always wins.
