Basically, when a streamer gets enough subs, they can add their own emote to the global emotes. As a result, people use those emotes outside of that streamers community for more general purposes. Trihard was uploaded by Trihex (it's his face) because he thought it was a funny face and people made fun of him in the picture it's from. But because it was one of the only emotes that was a black guy, the general twitch community used the emote to mean black guy.
