20 y/o Heifer, Nikki Yovino, the former Connecticut wench and student was in court to hear a black man she faked accused of RAPE and was seen ROLLING HER EYES when the victim said her allegations ruined his life!!

The New York tramp was in Bridgeport to face one in year in prison after pleading guilty in June to misdemeanor charges of falsely reporting an incident and interfering with police.

She attended Sacred Heart University where she said 2 black football players had raped her in a bathroom and then went to the REAL boy she liked at the party, an unidentified white male who convinced her to tell the police what had happened..And so she did and made up the rape claim but her story fell apart after witnesses saw that she was the one who lured the 2 men into the bathroom and had consensual sex with them and admitted it was all a ruse to get that boy she liked to get "jealous" of what had happened.

Nikki was in court SMIRKING and appeared to not give a damn when the men gave their tearful testimony who said "I went from being a college student to sitting at home being expelled with no way to clear my name. I just hope she knows what she has done to me, my life will never be the same. I did nothing wrong, but everything has been altered because of this"

Nikki appeared to show NO REMORSE after accepting the plea deal to reduce her charges and sentence to only 1 year in the slammer.

Frank Riccio III is representing the football players as the second man doesn't want to be identified but said he lost his football scholarship because of it and has been on depression and anxiety since. He said "She accused me of what i believe to be a horrendous, horrific crime out of her own selfish concerns. I lost my scholarship, my dream of continuing to play football and now i am in debt 30,000 and i'm simply trying to get ahead as best as i can"

Both men are now considering suing her in civil court

Nikki got a lenient sentence because she has NO PRIORS on her record and the judge considered that on his sentence..

Do you think having a NO CRIMINAL record should be considered when being charged with a serious crime?

Not for things like murder, rape and so on no.

Needless to say she should have got a lot more than this. I'd say giving her a sentence a rapist would get would be fair.

Somewhat, if the defendant is repentant as well. This girl just seems like a bitch, though.

And she probably won't even serve the whole thing, although having her serve any time is a minor victory given how slanted the justice system is in favor of women.

When sentencing? No. During the trial and deliberation? Sure.

She should have got as much as her "rapist" would have.
False reporting should come with the same sentence as the crime you're accusing someone of, it's just that simple.

All of this.

And I'd like to know why the schools that helped destroy these men's lives and left them in debt for losing scholarships haven't at least let them come back, with free tuition or something. As it is, Sacred Heart to me is complicit in this and just as unrepentant as her, and I'd never want to send any son of mine there.

With the obvious caveat that the court still has to find beyond a reasonable doubt that the woman intentionally filed a false report. Which includes decisively proving it was not grape, cause if it's inconclusive whether it was grape or not, you can't prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she intentionally filed a false report, either.
All of which should be obvious, but I guarantee you that even with me explicitly laying out said caveat, there will be posters chiming in with the usual bs that punishing accusers in any circumstance will have a "chilling effect" or "silence" actual victims.

Yes, and if someone intentionally files a false claim for grape in order to ruin another person's life, the accuser should be harshly punished for it.
Not only is the accuser ruining an innocent person's life, she's also making things harder on actual grape victims who will be met with more skepticism due to the false accusers.

Especially when the false reporting is deliberate and calculated like in her case.

Awful bitch should've gotten whatever sentence they were gonna give the guys she falsely accused.

1 year is not nearly enough for that fucking psychopath.
