How do people deal with this kind of issue?

For example my coworkers will say they're fine but I'm cold to the point I cannot concentrate because my fingers are cold.

I can put in a request but then everyone around me will not be happy with the increase in heat level.

I am like the only person wearing sweater when it has like 90 degrees outside lol

Yeah it's the same at mine.

Then I walk outside into the 105 F heat

I know this sounds whiney and some people don't have any air conditioning at all or whatever but at the same time my productivity is being impacted and my coworkers tease me for being "weird" when in reality I'm not I just need a way to cope.

My workplace has temperatures above 80 degrees for like 11 months out of the year. I'm not sure what the upper limit of what I would do to be in your situation would be.

I believe the implication isn't that salad is bad but that that you're always going to feel cold if you're basically not eating anything with sufficient energy content

I'd also recommend gloves and whatnot. It sucks, but yeah it's better to be cold than hot since you can always stack more clothes for colder environment

I'll stop with the salads; see if that helps. It's kinda hard to avoid them though out of habit.

Also I tried gloves but I was told I had to take them off. I'm getting called "weird" over my sweater collection but that's okay by me. They have this policy with attire that really has no flexibility. I really can't afford to lose this job - I'm really luck to having it.

I'm not saying banned. I never was; I was on the other hand, suspended for it becoming a meme that I did not start lol

Without knowing anything about you it's kinda hard to tell. If I was in an office of say, 20 people and I was the only cold person, I wouldn't think the solution is to turn up the heat. I'd think I have poor circulation or need to change my habits or maybe just need to wear more clothing because I'm clearly just a cold person.

There's a girl in my office who eats well and is always cold. She just puts on a blanket in the office.

For me, I'm never cold or hot, so I never make requests for the thermostat because I feel like I'm the last person who should have an input on that.

That's actually really cool! Do you get a pension and everything? I always wanted to get into that and wouldn't mind getting into it now. I know kinda off topic and everything but yeah if you have any advice I'll happily take it. My current job is just a placeholder this guy helped me get but I do not enjoy it at all. Doing it for the bills and appreciate it very much but if I could I'd rather teach (Science).

Yeah I agree; I don't want to ask to turn up the heat. I really don't have the flexibility to wear heavier clothes aside from a sweater and get the feeling they'd kick me out the door with my blanket if I tried lol

It depends on where you live I suppose but now is a good time to get into teaching. Lots and lots of open positions. However, a scary statistic is like that like 1/3rd of new teachers quite before year 5. My teacher's program was very good, but nothing prepares you to teach in a classroom setting other than actually doing it. The college classes are a joke in terms of difficulty. The only remotely difficult part was the FORT exam (foundations of reading) but even that I passed on the first try.

I had this problem at my last job, except I wasnt the only one who was cold, it was just that management wouldnt do anything about it (their private offices were warm) and most of my coworkers were in the field the majority of the day so it didnt bother them enough to speak up. I was literally wearing four pullover sweaters layered, plus an additional large cardigan, every single day through the winter. My hands dont usually get too cold so I was fine just holding my coffee cup for a few seconds if I needed to warm my fingers. I looked ridiculous, and it was actually warmer outside in the snow when Id go for a walk during my break.

My boss said a few people got portable space heaters to put under their desks, so maybe you can try that? I didnt bother. I wasnt planning to stay there more than a few months and I didnt feel it was reasonable for me to have to buy a heater when they were literally running the air conditioning in the middle of winter (the air needs to circulate!). I just piled on the sweaters and always had a warm drink ready.
